Tarmac Resurfacing
We resurfaced 1300m² of aged and weathered tarmac at Kengynton Manor Park using a 6mm wearing course. Despite limited site access, our skilled team managed to bring in all the necessary machinery and materials, ensuring that the job was completed on time and to high standards. The new overlay greatly improved the surface’s durability and performance.

Vibrant Court Transformation
Once the resurfacing was complete, the courts were sprayed with a vibrant blue finish. We applied precise line markings for the courts, ensuring that the space was not only functional but also visually striking. This transformation revitalized the courts, making them a standout feature in the park, ready for community use.

Play Area Installation
This project provided logistical challenges as it was constructed within a new build area. Both play areas consist of wooden play equipment and finished with a bark surface. We worked very safely and efficiently with Proludic and other contractors on this site, as health & safety is our main priority whilst also sticking to the allocated timeframes set. We installed a junior play area which was separate to the Childs play area, they offer different play equipment depending on age and ability.

Integrated Play Solutions
The MUGA was finished off with green tarmac as we are an approved contractor for Tarmac Ltd who supplied the material. We covered all aspects of these works from excavations, to installation of play equipment, fencing and surfacing. This project shows our diverse skill sets that compliment each other.

Phase One
Phase One was the first footpath which connects the alley way of Easthampstead Road to the main entrance on Goodchild Road. The Footpath gives the public a quicker route and a better experience in this recreational space. This footpath runs alongside the play area which was also a separate project that we installed.

Phase Two
Phase Two was the construction of the other footpath that connects the main entrance of King Georges to Seaford Road, running alongside Westende Junior School. This pathway had issues with a higher than expected water table which became apparent when the poor weather came. This slight issue was sorted by agreeing with the customer that raising the footpath would be the most cost effective solution, staying within their budget, without sacrificing quality.
